Glossary
"Climate resilience" is defined as the ability of communities, ecosystems, and systems to anticipate, adapt to, and recover from climate-related impacts while minimizing harm and maintaining essential functions.
"Greenhouse gas emissions" refer to the release of gases into the Earth's atmosphere that trap heat and contribute to the greenhouse effect, leading to global warming and climate change.
