Nomination Process

The Ammon Foundation accepts nominations for scholarship awards. Nominees will be invited to complete a scholarship application and will be considered in the general pool of applicants and/or for special awards. Nominations should be made for individuals exhibiting exemplary leadership, dedication and commitment to their personal recovery.
 
Eligible educational pathways include: GED/HSE, Certificate Program, Vocational/Trade School, 2-year & 4-year Colleges/Universities.
 
Eligibility & Criteria
  • Applicants must be in addiction recovery for a minimum of six months. 
  • Household annual gross income should not exceed 250% of the federal poverty guideline. If living in a residential program, individual income must not exceed guideline. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
  • Employees (FT, PT or contracted**), Advisory Council/Board Members, Board of Trustee Directors of The Ammon Foundation and Ammon Labs are not eligible to apply for Ammon Foundation Scholarships. Additionally any dependent child, legally adopted child, or a stepchild residing in the same household of the aforementioned (or retiree) do NOT qualify for the award.
