Introduction and purpose of survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. The purpose of AMA Queensland's Council of Doctors in Training (CDT) in undertaking this survey is to review and report on how hospitals respond to the needs of doctors in training. This anonymous survey will encompass areas such as access to professional development leave, ease of payment of overtime and the culture of the facility. This survey is conducted in collaboration with the Australian Salaried Medical Officers' Federation Queensland (ASMOFQ).

This data will be analysed by a statistician and released in the last quarter 2021. This is to ensure you have important information to help make an informed decision about your next placement. This survey will also be benchmarked to track the progress of health care facilities over several years and help Queensland Health identify problem areas.
