Eligibility for membership

(1) Membership of the Association is open to:

(a) any person who supports the objects or purposes of the Association provided that they are:

i. Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over;

ii. willing to act at all times in the best interests of native wildlife within the requirements of all relevant State and Commonwealth legislation; and

iii. willing to act in such a manner as to justify the trust and confidence of the public and to uphold the good standing of the wildlife rehabilitation sector.

(b) incorporated bodies whose objects and activities are considered to be congruent with and not detrimental to the objects and activities of the Association.
