Our virtual camp will happen July 12-17, 2020. Virtual camp is free and each participant will receive a t-shirt for participating. For each day of programming, we will email and text the links for the day, so please include email addresses and cell phone numbers that you frequently check in your registration information below.

Camp Quest Ohio Virtual Camp Policies
By registering for Camp Quest Ohio Virtual Camp, we (camper and parent or legal guardian) agree to the following: 

Consent for Minors: I am the legal custodial parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor, and I hereby authorize and permit said minor to participate in the Camp Quest Ohio Virtual Camp and in all activities, events, and programs that are part of or are associated with the camp.

Camp Quest Ohio Virtual Camp offers an opportunity for our campers and staff to come together to create a virtual community in the same way we have create a community while in person at camp. It is the expectation that all campers participate in the entire program and engage staff and campers in respectful ways. I understand if my camper engages in behavior that is harmful or aggressive to another camper or staff member that they may be dismissed from the program and will be unable to to participate in the remainder of the week. 

I am aware that by participating in virtual camp that activities may involve a degree of risk, and I approve my child's participation in such activities. I understand that accidents can occur. Recognizing that the camp will do its best to ensure a safe and enjoyable camping experience, I hereby release Camp Quest Ohio and Camp Quest, Inc. and its affiliates, from any and all responsibility and liability of any nature resulting from my child's participation in any camp activity.

Camp Quest may share your contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, and address, as well as all information received as part of this registration, with our parent organization, Camp Quest, Inc., of which we are a licensed affiliate. By registering with Camp Quest, you agree to receive communication from Camp Quest, Inc.

I understand that my child may be photographed or video-recorded, and consent to the photographs and video recordings being used for promotional purposes for Camp Quest Inc. and its affiliates, including, but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
