FOOTBALL VICTORIA - DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION SURVEY 2024

Thank you for taking part in Football Victoria's (FV) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Survey

This survey is part of the development of FV's DEI Framework as we continue our endeavor to achieve equity, promote diversity, foster inclusivity, and engage communities through the power of Football. The Framework will ensure FV understands, enables, and celebrates diversity throughout our community ensuring everybody has the same rights, responsibilities, access, choice, and opportunities regardless of their diverse attributes or circumstances.

We would like to understand you or your child(ren)'s experiences being involved in Football with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We strongly encourage you to answer the questions as honestly as you can as your opinions and experiences are extremely important to us.

Given the scope and importance of this topic, this survey is longer than usual so please allow yourself around 15 to 20 minutes to complete it.

Please be assured all responses are confidential, and no one will be identified (anonymous). Your answers will form part of an aggregate. We may use a quote in reporting however, it will not be linked to any one respondent.
