For our 2027 conference we will be giving away a limited number of FREE conference tickets.

If you are a self-advocate or family and friend member you can enter for a FREE place.

Group members can apply BUT any winners will only be given ONE place per group.

If you are completing the form for as a group member, please submit the details of the person who is planning to attend.

Winners will be told on Wednesday 16th December.

You will have until Friday 15th January to claim your ticket.

Tickets will NOT include travel to or from the event. You will need to pay for this yourself.
