Question Title

* 6. The City is promoting the installation of rain gardens in front boulevard areas to improve water quality in lakes and streams.  The rain gardens also can add curb appeal and interest to your yard.  Under the program, the City constructs the rain garden and the property owner provides and installs the plants (flowers, shrubs, grasses, etc).  Additional rain garden information is on our project website and you can contact our rain garden specialist Rachel Workin (763-572-3594) with questions.
