* 1. The state board of education made evaluations of state superintendent Mike Sentence on July 25. Governor Ivey declined to participate saying that she had not been in office long enough to make a good evaluation. However, on Aug. 10 the governor released a statement in support of Sentence and asking the board to give him more time. Given that she declined to evaluate the superintendent, do you think she should have made a statement supporting him?
