* 2. Volunteers -- Prior to and Following the Annual Meeting

Picnic Table Building Project Leader - I'm an experienced carpenter and a good teacher. I will oversee the picnic table building project on Sept 9th. I'll put a plan together where 5 carpenters help groups of 3-4 people to build a picnic table on Sept 9th. I'll meet with the carpenters from 9-10 am to show them the design and materials and discus safety protocols for the event. I'll be on hand to support them between 10 am and 2 pm. I'll choose a design for the picnic tables, put together a budget for materials needed, purchase wood and hardware, prep the five carpenters, and bring materials for 5 tables to the event. I'll debrief with the 5 carpenters following the project, help them finish anything left undone, and give a verbal report on how things went to the CEO at the end of the day.

Phone a thon - Calling members to invite them to the annual meeting

SetUp Crew - I'll help transport equipment and materials from the Co-op Power Florence at 4 pm on Sept 8th to Northeast Biodiesel in Greenfield and then show up on Sept 9th at 9 am to help with event setup.

CleanUp Crew - I'll help clean up from 6-7 pm and pack up materials and equipment to return to the Co-op Power office in Florence. I'll return them to the Florence office on Monday Sept 11.

Picnic Table Building/Green Job Trainer - I'll help a group of 3-4 people build a picnic table from 9 am to 2 pm on Sept 9th (I'm an experienced carpenter)

Picnic Table Building Crew - I'd like to learn more carpentry skills. I'll help build a picnic table from 10 am to 2 pm on Sept 9th. (For ages 12 and up)

Permaculture Crew (Planting) - I'd like to help prepare the soil, plant, and mulch the gardens at our biodiesel plant on Sept 9th from 10 am to 2 pm. {Bring some tools and perennials if you can.)

Table, Chair, Tent Set Up - I'll help set up between 8:30 and 10 am on Sept 9th.

Co-op Power Info/Product Table - I'll help staff the Co-op Power and Northeast Biodiesel info tables on 9/9 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Mural Design Team - I'll help design a mural for our biodiesel plant on 9/9 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Food Set Up and Servers - I'll help set up the potluck lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, and a continuous drink table, keep the tables or good order, serve and clean up on Sept 9th.

Zero Waste Crew - I'l set up compost, recycle, and landfill containers and signs; and find and carry out the recycling and compost at the end of the day on Sept 9th.

Pages (Runners) for Annual Meeting - I'll help get whatever needs to be done done.

Timekeeper - I'll help keep us on our schedule for the meeting between 2 and 5:45 pm.
