The West Fargo Safe Routes to School Study team would like to learn more about walking and biking to school for West Fargo school students (K-8).

This survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. We ask that each family complete one survey per school your children attend. If you have multiple children in the same school, please complete the survey for the child with the next upcoming birthday.
