The National Cancer Institute's Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomic Research is conducting a research survey of the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC). The goals of the following survey instrument are:
  • The effect of CPTAC on the broader field of proteogenomics;
  • How the proteogonomic research community perceives the CPTAC program; and
  • The impact that specific CPTAC program components and actions have had on the research community.

Your overall participation and response to each question within the survey is strictly voluntary. Individual responses to this survey will remain confidential to the analysts directly responsible for the evaluation of the survey data. Only aggregated, anonymized data will be presented or disseminated to those external to the immediate analysis of the survey. Upon completion of the evaluation, individual response data will be destroyed in a timely manner.
