CPSO 2026 Election Application Form

Step 1: Complete Mandatory Orientation

All applicants must complete the Governance eLearning course to be considered for Election to the Board. The virtual training reviews the roles and responsibilities associated with being a Board Director and those of CPSO as a regulatory body. Please email the Governance Office at govsupport@cpso.on.ca to be enrolled.

This application form may be completed while you wait for access to the eLearning modules, however you must complete the virtual training AND submit this online application to be considered for Election.

*If you have submitted an application for Election or Academic Appointment in previous years, please contact the Governance Office to obtain your pre-populated application form so you may review and update your responses and self-assessment results.*
