Assessment of Achievement 
The Assessment of Achievement Scale is mandated by the DoE and must be included for all Key Learning Areas. For Kindergarten, this is the Working Towards, Working At and Working Beyond scale. For Years 1-6, this is the Outstanding, High, Sound, Basic, Limited scale.

Assessment of Effort
The Assessment of Effort Scale is mandated by the DoE and must be included for all Key Learning Areas. For our reports, this is listed as O-Outstanding; H-High; S-Satisfactory; L-Low; M-Minimal, which included the addition of a fifth scale in this area in Semester 1 (from the previous four measures).

I didn't notice the change. I liked knowing how my child participated in Library and technology lessons.

* 16. The back page of the reports is focused on Social Development and Commitment to learning. Whilst this is also mandatory, there is some flexibility around how this is reported.

Historically at CPS, this is focused around the PBL rules of being a safe, respectful, responsible learner. As we move towards the use of our learning dispositions, these attributes will more closely align to how learners approach challenges and achieve growth.
