FARE is the nation’s leading patient advocacy organization working on behalf of the 15 million Americans living with food allergies. Our mission is to improve the life and health of individuals with food allergies and to provide hope through the promise of new treatments.

We are deeply concerned about the ongoing issues related to access and affordability of epinephrine. And while FARE cannot control or set the price of epinephrine (that is determined by a number of entities including manufacturers, insurers, regulators, pharmacy benefit managers, and pharmacies) we can make sure the patient voice is part of the discussion.

FARE strongly believes all that each of these entities needs to justify the increased cost of epinephrine to consumers and to identify REAL solutions that will help to ease the financial burden currently faced by patients who need epinephrine.

In our role representing the voice of the patient in this process, we hope to use examples from real families to facilitate the dialogue and process by which solutions can be identified and implemented. If you have been impacted by this issue, we would like to hear your story.

Please complete this brief questionnaire to share your experience with FARE. This information may be used by FARE in written communications with a range of stakeholders.
