Our chapter has matured significantly over the past few years, and the next chapter of our development is waiting for you!

* 1. President (2-year term): The President serves as the principal executive officer of the Chapter, providing leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure the success of chapter operations, programs, and strategic goals.

* 2. Treasurer (2 - year term): The Treasurer serves as the Chapter’s chief financial officer, responsible for managing all financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting. This is an executive officer role and a voting board position.

* 3. Director of Membership, Communication, Outreach (2-year term): Drives Chapter growth and visibility by leading membership engagement, building sponsorships, fostering partnerships, and managing communications across social and professional channels.

* 4. Director of Programs, Education, Prof Dev, Outreach (2-year term): Drives chapter programs, education, and outreach to deliver impactful events and professional growth opportunities.

Helps plan and deliver engaging programs and events that enhance member experience by:
Collaborating with Director of Programs
Coordinate and support Chapter programs and events
Assist with planning, logistics, and execution

Supports Director of Technology by ensuring smooth digital operations through effective management of the chapter’s website, tools, and social media.
Maintains Chapter website, events calendar, job board, and program information
Manages technology tools, access privileges, and provides troubleshooting support
Oversees and monitors chapter social media accounts to ensure compliance with posting guidelines

The Membership Committee supports Chapter growth and engagement by coordinating outreach initiatives and developing strategies to attract and retain members. The committee leads membership surveys, drives recruitment campaigns, and facilitates brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for growth. The committee meets once per month.

This committee keeps the ACP Chapter visible and engaged with its members. Responsibilities include managing social media posts, event coverage, member highlights, Chapter news, industry updates (e.g., DRII, BCI, ACP), job postings, blogs, and online discussions. The committee also follows up with visitors, sends membership invitations, responds to questions, and monitors chapter email and social channels. The committee meets once per month or as needed.

The Programs Committee develops, manages, and facilitates chapter programs and events. Responsibilities include organizing and hosting networking events, leading program sessions, and ensuring that all events provide value and engagement for members. The committee meets twice per month, with two additional strategy sessions each year.

This committee identifies and builds relationships with organizations, vendors, and partners to sponsor or host programs and networking events, and to provide speakers. The committee collaborates with national and local educational organizations (e.g., BCI, DRII) to ensure members receive educational credits for attending events. The committee meets once per month
