Columbus Division of Police Community Survey

This survey is being conducted for and on behalf of the Columbus Division of Police in an effort to solicit input from the members of the community whom we serve to gauge the quality and level of police services for the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2016.

This survey is completely anonymous, but your participation will allow the Division to assess its efforts, target resources better, and receive input from the community.

This survey consists of 20 questions and should only take a few minutes of your time, but the more details and information that you provide, the better the results for us to analyze and use to improve the Division. There is space provide for most questions for you to leave additional comments. These comments will be reviewed, but please do not expect a direct response since the survey is anonymous.
