Format would be something like:• No LTS - start with Mites up (Learn to Skate has their own EOY Party)• Have a stage/podium/Mic• Set up tables per team (coaches and players) additional tables behind teams for families• Have an MC to run the program • Awards will be given at beginning, recipients will come up same as last year and their nominator will say a few words, take a pic and leave stage• Each team will be recognized by the MC and give a quick highlight provided by the coach (team stands up and gives a wave while MC speaks) • We will not announce every kids name and they will not walk across the "stage" • Yearbooks will be provided at each seat• Each team will organize their own potluck for their table• MJH will provide the drinks, paper plates, napkins, and silverware• Everyone wears Jr. Wildcat jerseys Yes No Comments or Concerns OK Question Title * 14.
