The purpose of this survey is to help APAP learn more about our U.S.-based member organizations and individual members who have applied or are applying for federal COVID-19 relief, so that we can better understand your needs and challenges and so that we can continue to advocate on your behalf for the additional relief needed to help the performing arts sector recover.

Please note that the current round of the PPP loan application process is open from now through March 31, 2021. As of the launch of this survey on February 9, 2021, the SVOG ("Shuttered Venues Operators Grant") application process had not yet opened.
