Small Business COVID 19 Emergency Financial Help Survey

Tell us about your experience seeking financial assistance during the pandemic.

We have heard from many small businesses on the North Coast who are struggling to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program or SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan program and need to find immediate sources of emergency funding. A small team of community leaders is working to bring more resources into our community. Please complete the form below by Monday night, April 13th.
