NC Executive Order Complaints - Transylvania County Establishments

This form allows individuals to notify Transylvania Public Health about businesses or other establishments within Transylvania County that are not following current NC Executive Orders to slow the spread of COVID-19. Please note that only law enforcement has the legal authority to enforce these orders, not local health departments. Transylvania Public Health will track complaints, provide education and outreach to establishments as needed, and share complaints with local law enforcement as appropriate.
