Supporting our Community during COVID-19

Our local community proves time and again that we are strongest during our most difficult times. Pulling together and supporting one another is what we do. We understand that organizations will be adjusting their workplaces, programs, and policies in response to COVID-19, but appeal to all partners to consider adjusting their programs in safe ways to ensure those who require support continue to receive it, albeit with necessary alterations.

So far we have identified some ways that we, at United Way, can support our funded programs to ensure continued support for our most vulnerable members of community eg. providing flexibility in funding and reporting deadlines, offering ways to connect remotely, solutions on ways reach out and engage with program participants and volunteers. However, we also want to hear from you.
