City of South Fulton, GA
2026-2030 Consolidated Plan Community Survey

The City of South Fulton invites community members to complete a short survey that will help guide how federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is invested in our neighborhoods. Your feedback will shape the City’s priorities for housing and community development needs, including affordable housing, homelessness support, public facilities, and essential neighborhood improvements.

Each year, the City receives Community Development Block Grant funding from HUD to support decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities. To continue receiving these resources, we must submit a 5‑Year Consolidated Plan (2026–2030) and a 2026 Annual Action Plan that identify local needs and outline how federal dollars should be used to address them.

By completing this survey, you will help determine how resources are allocated and which activities are prioritized. Your participation is vital to ensure the plan reflects the housing and community development needs of City residents, businesses, and stakeholders.
