The City of San Antonio is updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan and wants to hear from you!
This survey is designed to gather input from residents about their concerns, experiences, awareness of natural and man-made hazards in our community. Your feedback will help shape the strategies and priorities in the plan, which guides how San Antonio prepares for and reduces the impacts of disasters. The survey should take no more than 6 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential.
