Thank you for participating in this survey to help Seven Valleys Health Coalition (SVHC) evaluate the knowledge and purchasing interest of local foods in Cortland County.

As someone who lives, works, and/or shops in Cortland County, your input is invaluable in helping us assess how community members currently use and would like to use their purchasing power for local foods.

For the purposes of this survey, "local foods" and "locally produced foods" will mean foods that have been grown or produced either within Cortland County, neighboring counties, or within approximately 100 miles of the City of Cortland.

This survey should take between five to ten minutes to complete. In it you will be asked questions about your shopping habits and thoughts about local foods.

Thanks again for taking a moment to take our survey!
