LSP CORE Priority List - Remaining Items

In July 2013, after the CORE system went live, LSPs participated in an open discussion about CORE features and functionality.  The outcome of that discussion was a priority list which was comprised of LSP requested enhancements or modifications.  Eight items remain from that original list.  Please take a few moments to complete this survey to help CSD determine the level of interest/priority for the remaining items.  Any additional items, concerns, or comments can be added in Question 9. Thank you for your time.
1.Return Payments: Enable LSP's to update Application/Utility information when a returned payment exists. Currently, this is performed by CSD staff.

2.Customer Screen: Display in descending order the latest application per Program Year.

4.Payment Adjustments: Allow LSP's to make a payment adjustment on an eligible or assisted Fast Track application when the supplemental payment was missed or incorrect.

6.WPO Return Payments: Enable CORE to accommodate the handling of WPO returned payments.

7.Rejected and Working Deficient Records: Enable an LSP to "void" a non-workable deficient/rejected application to remove it from the Working Deficient/Rejection report.  Voided records would be captured in a separate report.
