APPLICATION FOR JUNE & SEPTEMBER FESTIVALS

The Niagara Grape & Wine Festival is Canada's largest wine festival, hosting over 100,000 visitors each year. We're looking for some culinary partners to showcase what Niagara has to offer!
The Festival Culinary Committee will review all applications and confirm participation by May 6, 2019.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2019

New for 2019 - apply to be a part of up to three iconic Niagara events:
  • TD Wealth Tailgate Party - Saturday, June 15 located at 13th Street Winery (vineyard/field location)
  • RBC Brunch in the Vineyard (new!) - Sunday, June 23 at Jackson Triggs Estate Winery (large tent)
  • Montebello Park Wine & Culinary Experience - September 20-22, 27-29 in park setting (tents provided)
For all Grape & Wine Festivals:
  • No vendor fee required to participate
  • Festival supplies service items (plates/bowls, cutlery, napkins) at no cost to the vendor
  • Vendors must have liability insurance (minimum $1 million coverage)
  • A reefer is on site at all events for food storage
  • Electrical is supplied (standard service only; specialty plugs may be additional charge)
  • Each restaurant vendor is responsible for compliance with all Niagara Public Health and all related equipment
  • Food vendors will be featured on the new Festival website (monthly audience of 30,000+ minimum, launching summer 2019) and will have a minimum of one featured post on Festival social channels (audience of 20,000+)
Details for each festival are included in the survey below.  Your application does not guarantee acceptance - a follow up confirmation email will be sent requiring details of what you'll be serving.

TD Wealth Tailgate Party -
all culinary vendors are paid a flat fee of $2,500*.
 - Vendors are expected to supply a minimum of 850 servings. 5 oz serving size (can include side)
 - 15 vendors accepted - food trucks permitted
  * fee may increase based on ticket sales

RBC Brunch in the Vineyard - all culinary vendors are paid a flat fee of $1,000
- Vendors will partner with wineries for a "Brunch Bash" competition. Guests and special judges will crown Best Brunch Pairing
- Vendors are expected to supply a minimum of 400 servings. 5 oz serving size (can include side)
- Strong social media programme to launch this new event - interviews, video, etc
- 8 vendors accepted. No food trucks permitted.

Montebello Wine & Culinary Experience - vending format (60% to vendor, 40% to Festival for overhead/admin costs)
 - Vendors can offer up to 3 items
 - Token system in effect (items must be priced in increments of $3.50/token)
 - 15 vendors accepted - up to 3 food trucks permitted
 - NEW - single weekend or full festival option
