Nominees are to be nominated by the management team of management company.

Presented to an Inland Empire COMMERCIAL Maintenance/Facility Management Professional who on a daily basis goes above and beyond to ensure all maintenance requests are completed and customer expectations are met and exceeded. This person is overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community or a commercial building.
