The SPFL Trust are engaging in a period of review for Football Fans in Training. This includes assessing the current course content and delivery, and any societal changes that have occurred since the inception of the programme in 2010. As such, we have identified that certain aspects of the programme are slightly outdated.

We have identified 4 key areas of importance for participants during FFIT. These are: nutrition, exercise, mental health and the sense of community. The development of a mobile phone app to support both players, coaches and club with the delivery of FFIT is being considered and we are currently the scoping of need, practicality & sustainability of such an app. The app would be a supporting mechanism for these areas (it is not a workbook replacement).

The questions below will support us with the phase. Thank you :)
