Children and Youth Classes Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. We value your input in helping us design proper classes for children and youth. The information you provide will assist us in creating a program that meets the needs and preferences of families like yours. Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge and experiences. Your responses will remain anonymous.

4.If your children have ever attended events at the Milton Community Hall or Miltonvale Community Park, please list their favorite activities.

13.All efforts will be made to keep classes and activities free or as low-cost as possible. We realize some classes might be more valuable or costly than others. Could you indicate a maximum range that you would be comfortable paying for a class that is 90 minutes long, for example. Sample daily costs are also included for comparison. P.S. Residents are encouraged to reach out if costs are ever a barrier!
