Podiatry and High Risk Foot Services Map

Background

Foot Forward in collaboration with the Australia Podiatry Association have created this map of services to provide patients and practitioners access to up to date local podiatry and High Risk Foot Services that support the needs of people with diabetes related foot disease.

Please complete the corresponding survey to add the details of your service to our interactive map.  This will assist the public and other health care professionals to find a local practitioner that provides diabetes foot care.

The map also highlights National Association of Diabetes Centers (NADC) accredited Foot Services. If you wish to know more about the collaborative interdisciplinary HIgh-Risk Foot Service Standards and Accreditation program for services, please click the following link: NADC HRFS Accreditation
