Nonprofit Management Certificate Program

Equip yourself with the skills necessary to manage and improve a nonprofit organization's strategic future. 

Designed for the working nonprofit professional, in six intensive days over the course of six months, we will cover key nonprofit management topics, including: 

• your leadership style and leading teams,
• sustainability and planning,
• governance and board development,
• resource development,
• financial and human resource management, and
• marketing and communications

As part of this dynamic program, you will engage in:

• peer learning,
• one-on-one coaching, and
• work on a Strategic Improvement Project to begin implementing your learning.

The trainings will be informative, hands-on/interactive, draw on real-life examples from participants, and incorporate group and peer learning activities.  Training participants will receive a Course Binder with learning materials that include resource information, worksheets, and exercises, templates and samples.
