A driving missions of CNETS is to support patients and caregivers in their health journey. Mental well-being is a key component of overall health.
We are seeking your insights into mental health as it relates to your (or your loved one’s) neuroendocrine cancer diagnosis. We will use the information gathered to guide our strategies and initiatives as they relate to mental health care for patients and their caregivers.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes, and your answers will be kept confidential. Any public use of the data gathered will be anonymized. Participation is entirely optional.
