VMIAC Victorian State Disability Plan Survey

The Victorian Government is currently developing the next Victorian State Disability Plan (2027–2031). The State Disability Plan sets out what the Victorian Government will do over the next four years to improve inclusion, accessibility, rights, and wellbeing for people with disability. It helps guide government action across a range of areas, including health, housing, employment, and community participation.

More information about the consultation is available here, and the engagement paper (including summary and accessible versions) can be found here. You do not need to have read the engagement paper to complete this survey.

VMIAC is preparing a submission and wants to hear directly from mental health consumers and people with lived experience of mental distress.

This survey is intended for people living in Victoria who are mental health consumers, have experienced mental distress, identify as having a psychosocial disability, and/or identify as having another disability. You do not need to identify as having a disability to take part.

We are interested in your experiences, priorities, and perspectives. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to inform VMIAC's submission to the Victorian Government.
