Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the State of California issued a Stay at Home Order That went into effect on Thursday, March 19, 2020. The order is in place until further notice. It covers the whole state of California. This survey is attempting to gather critical information on how this pandemic and the Stay at Home Order as affected your business. It is a brief survey, available in both Spanish and English, that should not take more than 15 minutes to complete. There will be comment fields throughout to allow for you to tell your unique story. At the end of the survey, there will be links to resources, and, if interested, contact information for a new Guadalupe Business Group that is in the exploration and formation stages.
