Cindi had a passion for patients, staff, and her company.  She had a smile that would light up the room and help put people at ease.  The core of her job and what she enjoyed most was teaching others and focusing on quality.

All candidates will be pre-screened, and all application information (including application, essay, letter of recommendation and contact information) will be provided to the Martin family for review and final selection.

13.In addition to the internal application for the Cindi Ulam Martin Continuing Education Scholarship, I understand that I must also submit at least one letter of recommendation from a supervisor, and an essay detailing why I believe I should be selected as this year's scholarship recipient, including how I embrace the qualities of drive, quality of care, empathy and attention to detail
14.Please complete answers to each of the following Essay Questions and submit them to menglish@marquiscompanies.com no later than June 28, 2023 (early applications will be more likely to be considered).  

Please type your answers in a Word document and do the following:
1) Put your full legal name at the top of each essay.
2) Type essays in 12 point Times New Roman font, and use double-spacing
3) Title your essay with the the question
4) Begin each essay on a new page
5) Essays must be a minimum of one page, but no more than 3 pages (per question).
15.In addition to the Essay Questions above, please submit at least one (and up to 3) letters of recommendation written by your supervisor or other leader at Marquis/Consonus/AgeRight to Marquis' Chief People Officer for screening and collection at cpo@marquiscompanies.com no later than June 28, 2023

Letters of recommendation should be submitted on professional letterhead and include the contributor's contact information.
16.I  understand that submission of this internal application and all associated documents does not guarantee selection for the Cindi Ulam Martin Scholarship.  I understand that the family of Cindi Martin (and not the staff of Marquis/Consonus) will be making the final scholarship recipient selection.
