Changing things at work for people and planet.

Anonymous survey

At The Brave Lab we want to realise a world where people and planet can thrive. We are conducting this anonymous survey to collect a sample of sentiment data from people working, studying or who have worked in organisations. We are specifically interested in attitudes towards creating changes at work relating to more equity for all and mitigating the climate crisis. By creating more equity for all we mean taking active steps towards levelling the playing field for educational, economic and personal development for all people regardless of their identity. By mitigating the climate crisis we mean taking active steps that will, to the best of our knowledge, help reduce the harmful impacts of the climate crisis for all people. Every organisation on the planet will be impacted in some way by the climate crisis. It will take every person on the planet to create the change we need to prevent disaster. That's why we are focused on both inclusion and climate mitigation. We will use this data to inform our practice and present the results in our talks and workshops.
