Application for Admission

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Creative Musicians Retreat. The purpose of this application is to give us a sense of your musical background and interests, as well as your particular goals for the Retreat. Please answer ALL questions.

In addition to short answer questions about your musical interests and goals, you will be asked to write a one-page personal statement and then upload a résumé or CV. We recommend preparing these in advance and then completing this form. Download and print complete application instructions here.
