BioFlorida is pleased to issue a call
for presentation proposals for the
2026 Florida Innovation Conference
to be held October 14th-16th at the
JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes
(4040 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837).
The Florida Innovation Conference: Powered By BioFlorida is Florida's premier event where Bio and Life Science stakeholders from multiple sectors come together to network, learn about the latest in BioPharma, Med Tech, Digital health, and strategize on Florida's life sciences industry path forward.

The agenda will include exceptional keynote speakers and breakout sessions on topics relevant to innovation within life sciences.
Please note the following additional information:
-Each session will be one hour long and include a Q&A portion (plan for 10-15 minutes of Q&A).

-Presentation rooms will have audio/visual equipment, including a computer, projector, and screen.

-Conference registration is required for all presenters at a reduced rate.

-BioFlorida is unable to reimburse for travel, provide speaker honorariums, or offer complimentary registrations for presenters.

-BioFlorida will work with presenters to edit/adjust their content or presentation to better fit the needs of conference attendees.

-PowerPoint slide decks and other materials for attendees are required to be submitted in advance (usually two weeks prior to the presentation).

-BioFlorida will formally notify you of proposal acceptance by email no later than July.
