Columbia Memorial Hospital is developing a road map for leading a healthy future for the community. We are beginning a comprehensive update of our strategic plan that will chart the course for the hospital over the next five years and we need your input!

We are collecting input from the community and are inviting interested community members, caregivers, and staff to participate in focus groups. The focus groups will take place in July 2022 and will be scheduled based on the availability indicated by these survey responses.
