* 8. Our course is delivered by a certified Living Life to the Full facilitator. Someone at the school or setting needs to be available as a contact and resource person for the facilitator, both around setup logistics and for youth to connect to during the course if they need additional support or referrals. The person is also ideal to refer or recommend youth for the course. Teachers, school counsellors, or resource staff could perform this role; it should not be time-intensive. Please describe who would be best positioned at your setting to be that contact person and why (100 words):

* 9. Our funder specifically requires that any youth taking the course have the possibility to be connected to other supports if and as needed, after the course is over. Please describe how your school/youth setting would provide some post-course follow-up support, such as by connecting youth to support groups or other services

In the event that there is no CMHA branch near your school/youth setting, will you consider the possibility to have one of your staff trained to become a Living Life to the Full facilitator? CMHA BC would pay for the 2-day training fee (a $2500 value) and travel expenses ($500 value) to come to Vancouver for the training:
