Conference Goals:
  • Raise awareness and increase knowledge regarding critical social drivers of health for children, including housing, food, education, transportation and health.
  • Increase knowledge regarding the critical role if social drivers of health, including health and educational equities have on children’s ability to thrive and flourish.
  • Understand the critical role pediatricians play as impactful advocates for identifying modifiable risk factors in their own communities to change policy from their clinics to their communities and public policy makers.
To receive a CME certificate and claim 4 CME credits for 4 hours of participation, please complete this evaluation form in its entirety. Your CME certificate will be emailed to you on March 25, 2025
