Please take a few minutes to help us improve and orient our CME programming at Seattle Children's.

The Accreditation Council on Continuing Medical Education has produced a number of changes in the way CME is done. We have moved progessively toward designing our CME programs around gaps between best practices in patient care and the actual care our patients receive. Our CME Advisory Committees are pushing program planners to be sure to identify practice gaps when designing our courses and reminding faculty presenters that they must identify which gaps they are addressing and suggest at least three improvement goals for those gaps based on their presentations.

While we can use national and regional data to identify gaps in performance or practice, these may not apply to you, our audience. We have added several questions to our annual survey to help us identify issues for you in your competence or performance or that affect your patient outcomes. Please help us to understand your needs.

Thank you.
