On behalf of the Cleveland Mediation Center, and our consulting team at Ascend Advisors, thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. Strategic planning is an excellent opportunity to have a conversation with a diverse group of folks, stakeholders as we call them, who see and experience the organization through different 'lenses', rather from different perspectives. In an attempt to be certain that we hear everyone's voice during the strategic planning process, we are asking you to share your thoughts by taking this survey.
The following questions should be answered FROM YOUR PESPECTIVE. Please consider each question based on your experiences at the Cleveland Mediation Center. While it's always tempting to respond with things you have heard others say or opinions others have shared with you, please resist that urge and answer ONLY FROM YOUR POINT OF VIEW.
It is quite possible you may or may not have input for each question. When you feel you have nothing additional to add, please move to the next question. With that being said, please remember that any idea or thought you have, regardless how significant or insignificant you perceive it, please share.
