Watertown Farmers' Market Food Access Survey |
This survey is to help people access benefits* that provide free and affordable food at the seasonal Watertown Farmers’ Market, located next to City Hall, from June to October.
*Food Assistance benefits that can be used at the Watertown Farmers’ Market include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) & the affiliated Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) only available through local farmers and farmers’ markets.
It will take about 5 minutes to fill out the survey.
You do not need to use your name when filling out the survey.
You may choose not to answer any of the questions.
We value your privacy and all information gathered will remain confidential.
To be entered into the raffle for a $25 Farmers’ Market gift certificate, you will need to include your name and an email or phone number at the end of the survey about barriers to food access. However, your personal information will remain confidential.
