Community Health Seminars Series One Community Health Seminars Series One Question Title Did you know ... 1 in 5 adults in America experience mental illness at some point in their lives. 2 out of every 3 people have experienced one adverse (or traumatic) event during their childhood. The Hilliard Community Health Action Team (CHAT) is a grassroots initiative that identifies and examines local health and wellness issues, raises awareness, and connects the community with resources. The CHAT is working to destigmatize mental health issues by educating and raising awareness around social health. In order to achieve this mission, the Hilliard CHAT, in conjunction with Nemeth Counseling and the Hilliard YMCA, would like to gather input on topics of interest relating to mental health for an upcoming series of community seminars.
