THANK YOU for offering an item or experience for the silent auction. We are excited to change our event to include a silent auction - by ASRM members, for ASRM members!

Please complete the following survey about what you want to donate. In August, we will ask for photos of the item or experience for our silent auction webpage. Items must be brought to the Congress in San Antonio or shipped to the ASRM Administrative Office. Examples of items sought:

Items worth $200 or more
Wine and spirits (cannot be shipped, so they must be brought in person)
Estate jewelry, designer items in new condition, etc.
Art
Experiences, such as a week or weekend in your vacation home or short-term rental, concert tickets, or tickets to a sporting event

Or suggest another item! We appreciate your creative suggestions. Your bespoke items will make the silent auction meaningful and might be just what a fellow ASRM member desires.

6.Description of the item. As we get closer to the gala, we will ask for photos of the item or experience for the silent auction webpage.

7.If you are donating a physical item such as a piece of jewelry, art, or wine, how will you deliver the item to ASRM?

Ship it to ASRM's administrative office no later than September 15. (Liquids cannot be shipped.)

Following the event, wine and spirits can be shipped directly to the auction winner through an authorized distributor.

Bring it with me to San Antonio and deliver to ASRM's on-site office no later than noon on October 26.

8.What should ASM do with the item if it does not sell during the auction?

I want to keep it and bring it home with me.

ASRM may keep it.
