Identification
The staff at Education and Consultative Services of UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital are mental health conference planners, and providers of continuing education credits for appropriate programs. We would appreciate your feedback regarding our services.
For the purposes of the question below, roles have been defined as the following:
Course Director and/or Course Coordinator - Anyone who takes a lead or support role in planning, organizing, and facilitating a large-scale conference, where Education and Consultative Services has been retained to provide conference logistics and continuing education services. Works with Nancy Mundy
Presenters/speakers for one-hour online virtual learning opportunities. Works with Nancy Mundy.
Videoconference Site Coordinator - Anyone who organizes webinars from Education and Consultation Services at their location for staff continuing education. Works with Nancy Mundy.
Case Manager, Supervisor, or Resource Coordinator - Anyone who utilizes the Basic Case Management or Children's Case Management web-based training modules. Works with Delphine Giles.
Single Course Accreditation Requestor - Anyone who emails Education and Consultative Services requesting continuing education accreditation for single trainings, events, and/or meetings. (These trainings are typically provided 'Z', 'Q', or 'OS' codes). Works with Erin Rodgers.
