Meeting Formats

As we begin to plan for the 2020-2021 Guiding year, we would like to hear from all of you. What type of meeting formats are you most comfortable with starting in September?

* 5. How do you feel about indoor meetings? We meet at Royal York Road United Church in a large hall with room to allow for social distancing. As we are now the only branch of Guiding that meets at RYRUC on Wednesdays, there will be fewer girls and parents in the building at drop-off / pick-up than in previous years.

* 9. Guide units form patrols at the beginning of each year. Each patrol will have approximately five Guides. Each patrol will form a pod. How do you feel about sharing equipment (i.e. scissors, glue, markers, balls, etc.) with the other Guides in your pod? Equipment will be sanitized before each meeting.
