2025 CALL FOR NJPCA ANNUAL CONFERENCE PRESENTERS

The New Jersey Primary Care Association (NJPCA) is accepting presenter proposals for our 2025 Annual Conference, Community Health Centers: A Vision for Health, A Mission for Care, being held at Caesars Hotel in Atlantic City on September 17 & 18, 2025. This event, attended by more than 250 healthcare professionals, aims to educate, and provide health center staff and executives with actionable insights to address challenges and emerging trends in primary care across various subject areas.

Presenters will contribute to critical learning experiences and foster meaningful conversations among clinicians, support staff, and professional leadership. Presentations should be forward thinking to address future community health center trends and potential challenges. Interested individuals or organizations must have experience working with FQHCs and be familiar with the unique challenges within the FQHC setting.

All proposals must be submitted by Monday, June 9, 2025.

2.Relevant Subject Matter Area: Educational sessions at the conference focus on financial sustainability, workforce development, health center operations, clinical quality improvement and other relevant topics. NJPCA is seeking proposals from qualified subject matter experts to design and facilitate workshops for our 2025 Annual Conference in the following subject matter areas:(Required.)

4.Session Description: Session descriptions should explain specific activities, methods, or techniques that will be used to facilitate participant engagement as well as applicable resources and/or tools that will be made available to conference attendees. (200-300 words)(Required.)
